SkyOne® WiFi Dual-Band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) 802.11ac with LAA Support Front-End Module

The SKY85817-11 is a highly integrated, dual-band front-end module (FEM) that supports simultaneous 5G WLAN and licensed assisted access (LAA) systems.

The SKY85817-11 incorporates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), a 5 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass supporting 5G WLAN and LAA simultaneous RX reception, and a single-pole, doublethrow (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch.

The SKY85817-11 also includes a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), a 2.4 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass and a single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) transmit/receive (T/R) switch. The compact module has separate 2.4G and 5G antenna ports with integrated couplers diplexed to a single coupled port.

The device is provided in a compact, 28-pin 4 x 3 mm package.
